School Speech Language Pathologist - Pendleton, Indiana

We're seeking two contract SLPs—one full-time and one part-time (2.5 days per week)—to provide dedicated services within a collaborative educational environment. Qualifications and Desired Experience:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
- Active state licensure as an SLP (or eligibility to obtain)
- ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred, but strong Clinical Fellows will be considered
- Previous experience with K-12 student populations is valued
- Strong organization and time management skills
- Excellent communication skills for working with students, families, and multidisciplinary teams
- Ability to adapt therapeutic approaches to diverse student needs
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive assessments to identify speech, language, and communication challenges
- Develop and implement individualized education program (IEP) goals and therapy plans
- Deliver direct services to students in individual and group settings
- Collaborate with teachers, special education teams, and families for holistic student support
- Maintain accurate therapy documentation and contribute to IEP meetings
- Monitor student progress, adjust interventions as needed, and provide ongoing education to stakeholders
