School-Based Speech Language Pathologist | Greenwood, Indiana

Desired Experience & Qualifications:
- Current licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist in Indiana (or eligibility to obtain)
- Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred, but strong CFY candidates are encouraged to apply
- Experience working with K-12 students in a school setting is a plus
- Strong communication, collaboration, and documentation skills
- Familiarity with IEP processes and compliance requirements
Responsibilities:
- Provide direct therapy to students with varied communication disorders
- Conduct assessments, develop IEP goals, and track student progress
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to support holistic student development
- Maintain up-to-date records and ensure compliance with relevant regulations
- Offer consultation and support to teachers and families to facilitate student success
