School Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) | North Adams, Massachusetts

Desired Qualifications:
- Master’s Degree in Speech-Language Pathology, Communicative Disorders, or a related field
- Current Massachusetts Speech-Language Pathology license
- ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP)
- Experience or strong interest in working with students diagnosed with ASD
- Familiarity with or willingness to learn ABA methodologies
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, especially for collaboration with parents and school staff
- Positive, organized, and flexible approach to service delivery
Primary Responsibilities:
- Assess and treat speech, language, and communication needs for students ages ranging broadly within the K–12 spectrum
- Create and implement individualized treatment plans within a multidisciplinary team setting
- Engage closely with families, providing regular updates and strategies for reinforcing skills at home
- Collaborate with teachers, therapists, and behavior specialists for cohesive student support
- Maintain thorough and timely reporting, documentation, and progress notes
