Seeking a dedicated Speech-Language Pathologist with a passion for supporting students on the Autism Spectrum. Desired Qualifications:
- Hold a Master’s Degree in Speech-Language Pathology, Communicative Disorders, or a closely related field.
- Possess an active Massachusetts Speech-Language Pathology license.
- Have the ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP).
- Be comfortable delivering services via teletherapy or in-person as required.
- Bring a positive, organized, and passionate approach to working with students with autism.
- Demonstrate excellent verbal and written communication skills, essential for collaborating with parents, teachers, and multidisciplinary teams.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assess, diagnose, and develop individualized therapy plans for students with autism.
- Provide direct speech-language therapy services in accordance with students’ IEP goals.
- Utilize ABA principles to inform therapy practices and intervention plans.
- Document sessions, progress, and outcomes while maintaining compliance with all relevant regulations.
- Consult and communicate regularly with families and school staff.
- Participate in team meetings and ongoing training to support student outcomes and professional development.
