Elementary Pediatric School Speech Language Pathologist - Chicopee, MA

What you’ll bring:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Disorders
- Current state licensure and ASHA certification (CCC-SLP) or eligibility
- Previous experience in school-based settings; pediatric experience highly desired
- Strong background in serving students with moderate to profound needs
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and documentation abilities
- Passion to foster communication and learning in K-12 students
Key responsibilities:
- Assess, diagnose, and treat speech, language, and communication disorders for a diverse K-12 population
- Develop and implement individualized therapy plans tailored to each student’s strengths and challenges
- Collaborate with teachers, families, and multidisciplinary teams to support students’ progress
- Maintain accurate and timely records, progress notes, and required reports
- Participate in IEP meetings, contributing expertise to student evaluations and goal setting
- Provide support and strategies for classroom teachers to enhance student outcomes
