Key Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
- Active MA SLP license or eligibility
- ASHA CCCs preferred (CFYs considered)
- Experience with pediatric and school-based caseloads
- Strong communication, organization, and collaboration abilities
- Flexibility to support students in both in-person and virtual settings as needed
Primary Responsibilities:
- Evaluate, diagnose, and treat speech, language, and communication disorders in K–12 students
- Develop and implement IEP goals and therapy plans
- Collaborate with teachers, families, and support staff to promote student success
- Maintain thorough documentation in line with school and legal requirements
- Monitor progress and adjust strategies to encourage growth and participation
