Qualifications & Desired Experience:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
- Valid state licensure or eligibility for licensure as an SLP
- Prior experience in pediatric, early childhood, elementary, or school-based settings preferred
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and documentation skills
- Ability to work effectively with students of varying needs and backgrounds

Key Responsibilities:
- Provide comprehensive speech, language, and communication evaluations for K–12 students
- Develop, implement, and monitor individualized treatment plans

- Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to multidisciplinary team planning
- Adapt therapy approaches to meet students’ evolving needs
