Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communicative Sciences
- Valid state SLP license (or eligibility to obtain)
- CCC-SLP or CFY accepted
- Experience in school-based settings—particularly with pediatrics—preferred
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Responsibilities:
- Provide direct and indirect speech services to elementary-aged students
- Evaluate, diagnose, and treat speech, language, and communication disorders
- Collaborate with classroom teachers, parents, and multidisciplinary teams
- Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs)
- Maintain thorough and clear documentation for all caseload responsibilities
- Cover FMLA leave for the start of the school year until Thanksgiving, with potential for extension
