Pediatric School Speech Language Pathologist - Wayzata, MN

Qualifications & Experience:
- Master's degree in Communication Sciences and Disorders or Speech-Language Pathology
- Valid state licensure (or eligibility) in Speech-Language Pathology
- ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred; strong Clinical Fellows (CFY) also encouraged
- Prior experience working with pediatric or school-aged populations
- Familiarity with IEP development and documentation
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and organizational skills
- Ability to adapt quickly to new school environments and teams
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct speech, language, and communication assessments
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans in alignment with students’ IEPs
- Provide direct therapy to students in individual and group settings
- Collaborate with teachers, families, and other support staff for holistic student support
- Maintain detailed records of interventions, progress, and outcomes
- Participate in IEP meetings, team collaboration, and professional development activities
