Pediatric School Speech Language Pathologist - Wayzata, MN

Key Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology (SLP)
- Valid state SLP license or eligibility for licensure
- Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) or Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) candidates welcome
- Experience working with pediatric populations in an educational setting preferred
- Strong communication, collaboration, and organizational skills
Primary Responsibilities:
- Deliver speech-language therapy to elementary-aged students with diverse needs
- Assess, diagnose, and develop individualized treatment plans in accordance with IEP goals
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, and educational staff to ensure integrated support
- Maintain comprehensive documentation and progress reports
- Participate in IEP meetings and provide input on student progress and needs
- Adapt therapy plans as necessary to support student achievement
