Qualifications:
- Active or eligible Speech-Language Pathology license
- Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) or in Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY)
- Experience working with pediatric and school-aged populations
- Strong knowledge of speech and language disorders in a school setting
- Skilled in developing creative, individualized treatment plans
- Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities with students, families, and staff
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver engaging speech and language assessments, therapy, and interventions to elementary students
- Develop and implement IEPs in collaboration with teachers and other specialists
- Maintain accurate records and document student progress
- Participate in IEP meetings, parent conferences, and school team discussions
- Provide education, support, and resources for families to encourage progress outside the classroom
- Contribute positively to the school community by promoting an inclusive, supportive learning environment
