Key Qualifications:
- Valid and active Georgia SLP license
- Current GaPSC certification
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
- Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) or Clinical Fellowship (CF) eligible
- Previous experience in a school setting is highly preferred
- Outstanding communication, collaboration, and documentation skills
- Flexibility and resourcefulness in adapting to diverse student needs
- Commitment to working exclusively onsite (virtual services not permitted)
Main Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive speech/language assessments and develop individualized therapy plans
- Deliver direct, evidence-based speech therapy services to students
- Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and families to support each student’s IEP goals
- Complete required documentation and progress reports in a timely manner
- Participate in IEP meetings, team consultations, and ongoing professional development
- Support students from diverse backgrounds and with varying communication needs
