Bring your expertise as a Speech Language Pathologist to a rewarding contract opportunity supporting students across varying grade levels. Positions are available for both compensatory service delivery, as well as school-based assignments focusing on either elementary or middle school students.
Role Highlights:
- Provide speech-language services onsite to students in Pre K through 12th grade
- Choose between traveling to multiple schools for compensatory services, or working from a single campus with a predictable caseload
- Support needed during the summer (June 1 to June 30) for compensatory services
- Maintain a manageable caseload—from 45 to 55 students for school-based roles
- Utilize the Paddynet platform for documentation and service tracking
- Serve elementary (Pre K to 5th/6th) or middle school (6th to 8th) populations depending on assignment
Key Qualifications:
- Current SLP licensure and eligibility to practice in a school setting
- Background working with students in 1st through 9th grades a plus
- Skill in effective communication with parents, teachers, school staff, and administrators through various channels (email, phone, school systems, and progress reports)
- Proficiency in scheduling and coordinating services and meetings using Google Calendar
- Experience completing evaluations, eligibility paperwork, IEPs, and data reviews
- Confidence documenting all services in Paddynet and complying with district protocols
- Ability to travel between sites appreciated for compensatory role; school-based roles remain in one location
