Play a vital role in supporting students’ communication needs across a dynamic educational environment. Several immediate openings are available for Speech-Language Pathologists who are motivated to make an impact in Pre K through 12 settings. These contract positions range from providing compensatory services across multiple locations to school-based roles serving specific grade bands. Key Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology and active state licensure
- Experience working in school environments with diverse age groups (Pre K–12)
- Strong communication skills for collaborating with parents, educators, and administrators via multiple platforms (email, phone, digital reporting systems)
- Comfortable managing, tracking, and documenting services, evaluations, and IEPs, using Paddynet or similar platforms
- Skilled with Google Calendar for scheduling therapy sessions, IEP meetings, and coordinating parent conferences
- Adaptable, organized, and solution-focused; able to manage caseloads of 45-55 students
Primary Responsibilities:
- Deliver direct speech and language therapy services to students in line with IEPs and district requirements
- Provide evaluations, eligibility determinations, data reviews, and participate in IEP development and meetings
- Travel to multiple locations as needed (for compensatory services roles), or work at a single site with a set student population
- Maintain accurate, timely documentation of all services and communications
- Engage in regular collaboration with school teams and parents to ensure student progress
- Support summer service requirements, especially from June 1 through June 30 (as assigned)
