Opportunities include:
- Supporting compensatory services across several school locations, requiring travel between sites and flexible scheduling to address a manageable caseload of Pre K through 12th grade students; summer services from June 1 – June 30 are part of this role.
- School-based roles for elementary and middle school sites, each assigned to a single location, working with caseloads of 45-55 students in Pre K-5th grade for elementary or 6th-8th grade for middle school.
- All positions require the ability to document services in the Paddynet platform and coordinate scheduling using Google Calendar for IEP meetings and parent conferences.
- Strong communication skills are paramount, as you’ll collaborate regularly with parents, teachers, staff, administration, and colleagues through various channels including email, phone calls, school communication systems, and progress reports.
- Experience and confidence in completing and maintaining documentation for evaluations, eligibilities, IEPs, and data reviews.
- For travel roles, adaptability is key, along with an organized approach to completing compensatory service tasks efficiently.
