What You’ll Bring:
- Active Speech Language Pathologist license in Georgia (or eligibility)
- Experience working with students from Pre K through 12th grade
- Strong ability to communicate with parents, teachers, administrators, and fellow staff via phone, email, progress reports, and school communication platforms
- Proficiency documenting services, completing evaluations, eligibilities, IEP development, and data review (familiarity with Paddynet is a plus)
- Confident scheduling meetings and services using Google Calendar, including IEP meetings and parent conferences
- Ability to travel between multiple school sites (for compensatory services positions)
Your Impact:
- Deliver onsite speech and language services, whether at one school location or several, depending on the role
- Manage a balanced caseload (approximately 45-55 students for site-based roles)
- Provide services for a broad range of grade levels, including Pre K, elementary, middle school, and, if needed, up through high school
- Handle all aspects of documentation and communication, maintaining compliance and best practices
- Cover summer compensatory services as needed (June 1–30 for specific roles)
- Collaborate effectively across teams to support student success and foster positive school communities
