Desired Qualifications:
- Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology
- Active SLP license in Minnesota or eligibility to obtain before start date
- CCC-SLP, Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) candidates, and recent graduates welcomed
- Pediatric or school-based SLP experience (preferred)
- Strong communication, organization, and collaboration skills
What You'll Do:
- Assess, diagnose, and treat speech, language, and communication disorders in elementary-aged students
- Develop and implement Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) in collaboration with multidisciplinary teams
- Provide direct and consultative SLP services, tailoring therapy to each student's unique needs
- Maintain accurate documentation and progress reports to monitor student growth
- Participate in team meetings, IEP reviews, and ongoing professional development activities
- Support a positive and inclusive learning environment
