Pediatric Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) - Shakopee, MN

Preferred Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program.
- Valid state licensure or eligibility to practice as an SLP in Minnesota.
- Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) from ASHA preferred; Clinical Fellow (CFY) applicants are welcome.
- Prior experience in a school or pediatric setting strongly desired.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills with students, families, and educational teams.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver individual and group speech and language therapy to students, following IEP goals.
- Complete evaluations, create treatment plans, and monitor progress.
- Document sessions and update student records in compliance with school and legal requirements.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to support student success.
- Participate in IEP meetings and contribute expertise to broader educational decisions.
