School-Based Speech Language Pathologist | Shakopee, Minnesota

Qualifications and Experience:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Sciences & Disorders
- Current state licensure (or eligibility) as a Speech-Language Pathologist
- ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) or Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) in progress
- Experience with pediatric and elementary-aged populations
- Familiarity with school-based caseloads and IEP processes is preferred
- Strong interpersonal, organizational, and collaboration abilities
Core Responsibilities:
- Provide speech and language services to elementary students in accordance with IEP goals
- Conduct evaluations, develop treatment plans, and document progress
- Participate in developing and implementing IEPs in coordination with multidisciplinary teams
- Consult with educators and families to address student needs
- Support a positive, communicative learning environment throughout the assignment
This contract position is full-time, covering 40 hours per week during the school day calendar, and offers a unique opportunity to impact students’ lives as they begin the school year.
