Speech Language Pathologist in Dilworth, MN

Qualifications & Desired Experience:
- Current licensure or eligibility as a Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP)
- Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) required
- Previous experience serving students in a school environment is preferred

- Experience or comfort with teletherapy platforms is an asset
- Ability to adapt to varying caseloads and educational needs
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide diagnostic and therapeutic speech-language services to students, supporting their IEP goals and progress
- Engage in both direct services and consultation, depending on student needs and modality (in-person or remote)
- Collaborate with teachers, families, and other professionals to foster student growth
- Maintain accurate, timely documentation and progress reports
- Participate in IEP meetings, offering expert recommendations to help shape learning plans
- Maintain compliance with state and federal regulations relating to school-based speech therapy
