School Speech Language Pathologist - Glyndon, Minnesota

Qualifications and Desired Experience:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
- Active and valid SLP license in the state (or eligibility to obtain)
- Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) from ASHA required
- Prior experience working in school settings is strongly preferred
- Comfortable with delivering teletherapy services as well as in-person support
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
Role Responsibilities:
- Deliver evidence-based speech and language therapy to students (caseload and specifics currently being finalized)
- Conduct evaluations, develop IEP goals, and maintain all required documentation
- Collaborate closely with teachers, administrators, parents, and other educational professionals
- Attend and contribute to IEP meetings and provide consultative support as needed
- Adapt therapy plans to support each student’s unique needs and learning environment
- Maintain confidentiality and adhere to district and legal guidelines
