Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) - Hawley, MN

What you bring:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
- Current CCC credential through ASHA
- Previous experience in teletherapy highly valued
- Prior work with K-12 students, in-person and/or virtually
- Minnesota state SLP licensure (or eligibility to obtain)
- Confidence managing diverse caseloads and reporting student progress
- Proficiency in collaborating with educators, staff, and families
Responsibilities include:
- Assessing, diagnosing, and treating speech, language, and communication disorders within the school environment
- Providing both direct and virtual therapy services tailored to each student’s needs
- Developing and updating Individualized Education Plans (IEPs)
- Documenting progress, preparing reports, and participating in multidisciplinary meetings
- Consulting with teachers and parents to support optimal learning outcomes
- Maintaining compliance with school and state policies
