Desired Qualifications:
- Valid state license to practice as an SLP, with CCC required
- Previous experience in school settings preferred
- Comfortable working with a range of communication and language disorders
- Familiarity or interest in teletherapy modalities for remote service provision
- Excellent organizational and communication skills
- Ability to adapt to evolving caseloads and work collaboratively with educational teams
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver both in-person and virtual speech-language services to students
- Engage in assessment, diagnosis, and the creation of tailored treatment plans
- Work collaboratively with teachers, parents, and support staff to facilitate student success
- Maintain detailed records, progress notes, and documentation in accordance with school district requirements
- Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to goal planning
- Adjust interventions as needed based on student progress and team feedback
- Support district initiatives to promote student well-being and inclusive classroom practices
