Speech Language Pathologist in Moorhead, MN

Preferred Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
- Current Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP)
- Valid state licensure to practice as an SLP (or eligibility to obtain)
- Previous experience with school-aged students, preferably within a K-12 setting
- Proficient in teletherapy platforms and digital documentation
- Strong communication, collaboration, and problem-solving abilities
- Motivated to adapt and thrive in fast-paced, evolving caseloads
Key Responsibilities:
- Assess, diagnose, and treat speech, language, voice, and fluency disorders for assigned caseload
- Provide therapy both onsite and via teletherapy platforms as needed
- Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs)
- Collaborate with special education teams, classroom teachers, and families regarding student progress
- Maintain accurate records, document services, and participate in IEP meetings
- Participate in ongoing professional development and stay current on evidence-based practices
