- Comfortable with teletherapy platforms and remote service delivery
- Strong documentation, organization, and communication skills
- Adaptable, proactive, and enthusiastic about student progress
Primary Responsibilities:
- Provide direct and indirect speech-language services to assigned students
- Assess, diagnose, and develop individualized treatment plans
- Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and families to enhance student outcomes
- Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to the development and review of student plans
- Collect and maintain accurate records of student progress, data, and required documentation
- Utilize virtual therapy tools as needed for remote service provision
- Engage in ongoing professional development to stay current with best practices
