Qualifications and Experience:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
- Active ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) required
- Valid state licensure or ability to obtain before start date
- Previous experience in a school setting strongly preferred
- Familiarity with teletherapy platforms and virtual service delivery
- Exceptional communication, collaboration, and documentation skills
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide speech and language therapy services to students in accordance with Individualized Education Plans (IEPs)
- Assess, diagnose, and treat a range of communication disorders
- Develop and implement effective intervention strategies, both on-site and through teletherapy
- Maintain thorough records of student progress and comply with all documentation requirements
- Work closely with teachers, parents, and special education staff to support students’ educational goals
- Participate in IEP meetings and multidisciplinary team discussions to ensure cohesive care
