Desired qualifications and background:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
- Current or eligible for Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP)
- Open to Clinical Fellows (CFY) seeking their first professional experience
- Experience with pediatric and school-age populations
- Licensed or able to obtain licensure to work in a school setting
- Strong communication, organization, and collaboration skills
What you’ll do:
- Assess and identify students’ speech, language, and communication needs
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans and IEP goals
- Deliver therapy services individually and in small groups
- Collaborate with teachers, families, and other team members to support students’ progress
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation of services and outcomes
- Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to multidisciplinary team planning
- Adapt strategies to a variety of grade levels (to be confirmed)
