Qualifications and Experience:
- Active state licensure as SLP (CCC or CFY accepted) or SLPA
- Prior experience in pediatric or school-based settings preferred
- Proficiency with therapy planning, IEP documentation, and progress monitoring
- Strong communication skills with the ability to foster positive relationships with students, staff and families
- Experience or openness to teletherapy platforms is a plus
- Commitment to culturally responsive and inclusive practices
Your Responsibilities:
- Deliver evidence-based speech-language assessments and intervention to diverse student caseloads
- Collaborate with educators, administrators, and families to tailor support plans
- Develop and implement individualized therapy plans in accordance with IEP requirements
- Maintain timely records, document progress, and participate in IEP meetings
- Provide support and mentorship for students in group or individual sessions
- Educate school staff and caregivers about effective communication strategies
- Participate in ongoing professional development
