Pediatric Speech Language Pathologist in Dublin, TX

Key Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Sciences and Disorders
- Active ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) required
- Eligible for (or currently hold) state licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist
- Experience with pediatric and/or school-based caseloads preferred
- Background in teletherapy and supervision, including Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) support, highly valued
- Strong communication, mentorship, and organizational skills
- Ability to collaborate virtually and in person as needed
Primary Responsibilities:
- Provide 2-4 hours per week of supervision to SLPs and CFY candidates in a school setting
- Offer mentorship and feedback to clinicians, ensuring quality service delivery
- Support teletherapy and in-person therapy models as appropriate
- Maintain supervision records and complete required documentation
- Foster a collaborative, growth-minded environment for clinicians and students
