What We’re Looking For:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Sciences and Disorders
- Current ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) or eligibility for CFY supervision
- State licensure (or eligibility) for practice as an SLP or SLPA
- Experience with teletherapy, pediatrics, or school-based caseloads a plus
- Strong collaboration, communication, and organizational skills
- A genuine enthusiasm for student growth and success
What You’ll Do:
- Serve elementary-aged students with varied speech, language, and communication needs
- Conduct screenings, evaluations, and develop individualized treatment plans
- Deliver therapy via individual or group sessions, in-person or via teletherapy
- Maintain accurate documentation in compliance with state and federal guidelines
- Consult regularly with educators, staff, and families to support students’ academic and social progress
- Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to the multidisciplinary team
