Pediatric Speech Language Pathologist in Tyler, TX

Key Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Sciences and Disorders
- Active ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) or eligibility as a Clinical Fellow (CFY accepted)
- Eligible for or possession of state licensure as an SLP or SLPA
- Experience in elementary school settings or a strong interest in pediatric populations
- Familiarity or willingness to learn teletherapy platforms and procedures
- Strong organizational and documentation skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Primary Responsibilities:
- Assess, diagnose, and treat students with speech, language, voice, and fluency disorders within the elementary school environment
- Develop individualized treatment plans and set measurable goals based on student needs
- Maintain accurate and timely records, documentation, and progress reports in compliance with state and district guidelines
- Participate in IEP meetings, collaborating with teachers, specialists, and families to support student outcomes
- Provide direct and consultative services, both in-person and through teletherapy, as needed
- Support and supervise Speech Language Pathology Assistants (SLPAs) as assigned
