Pediatric Speech Language Pathologist in Lindale, TX

Qualifications and Desired Experience:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology required
- Current state licensure or eligibility to practice as an SLP or SLPA
- SLP-CCC strongly preferred; however, dynamic Clinical Fellows will be considered
- Experience with pediatric populations, especially elementary school students
- Proficiency in teletherapy or willingness to learn and utilize online platforms
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills for working with students, parents, and school staff
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct assessments and develop treatment plans tailored to individual student needs
- Provide direct and indirect therapy services to elementary school caseload
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, and multidisciplinary teams to support student progress
- Maintain thorough documentation and progress reports in compliance with district and state requirements
- Participate in IEP meetings and contribute professional insights on student communication abilities
