Desired Qualifications:

  • Licensed SLP (CCC or CFY), or SLPA eligible to practice in Texas
  • Experience supporting communication needs in school settings (elementary and/or middle school preferred)
  • Teletherapy experience is a plus
  • Ability to build rapport quickly with students, staff, and families
  • Strong communication, documentation, and organizational skills

Responsibilities:

  • Deliver direct speech-language therapy services to elementary and middle school students
  • Conduct evaluations, develop IEPs, and maintain accurate records
  • Collaborate with teachers, parents, and multidisciplinary teams
  • Provide both in-person and, if needed, teletherapy support
  • Assist with school-wide language and communication initiatives
