Middle School High School Speech Language Pathologist in Wasco, CA

Qualifications & Experience:
- Valid and active Speech-Language Pathology license/certification
- Previous experience working in elementary, middle, and/or high school settings preferred
- Ability to adapt therapy techniques for ages kindergarten through grade 12
- Strong communication, organizational, and documentation skills
- Passion for supporting student learning and development
Key Responsibilities:
- Assess and diagnose speech, language, voice, and fluency disorders within the school population
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to support student progress
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, and multidisciplinary teams to ensure effective interventions
- Maintain accurate records of assessments, goals, and progress notes
- Provide direct therapy, consultation, and support in both group and one-on-one settings
- Participate in IEP meetings and contribute expertise for student success
- Maintain professional standards and adaptability within a school-based schedule
Details:
- Contract position beginning as soon as possible and extending through May 29, 2026
- Work 7.5 hours per day (7:30 am – 3:15 pm), Monday through Friday
