Key Qualifications:

- Strong organizational and documentation skills
Core Responsibilities:
- Assess and identify the speech, language, and communication needs of students ages 3–11
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans and intervention strategies
- Deliver direct therapy services as outlined in student IEPs
- Consult with classroom teachers to promote communication success in the classroom
- Document progress, maintain accurate records, and participate in IEP meetings
- Communicate regularly with families to support student progress
- Adapt service delivery and schedules to meet the needs of multiple school sites (daily start times at 7:30 AM; exact times vary)
