Licensed Elementary School Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) | Fountain, Colorado

Desired Qualifications:
- Valid state SLP license
- Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) preferred
- Previous experience working in preschool and/or elementary settings
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Ability to collaborate effectively with educators, parents, and other specialists
- Passion for helping children achieve developmental milestones
Key Responsibilities:
- Assess, diagnose, and provide treatment for speech, language, voice, and fluency disorders in students ages 3-11
- Develop individualized education plans (IEPs) tailored to student needs
- Deliver direct and consultative speech and language services within classroom and pull-out models
- Monitor and document student progress, adjusting treatment plans as necessary
- Work collaboratively with teachers, specialists, and families to support student development
- Participate in IEP meetings and staff development as required
