High School Middle School Speech Language Pathologist in Mc Farland, CA

Key Qualifications:
- Active certification and licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist
- Experience working with students at the elementary, middle, and high school levels
- Strong knowledge of current assessment tools, intervention techniques, and individualized education planning
- Ability to communicate effectively and compassionately with students, staff, and families
- Organized, flexible, and confident in managing a diverse caseload
Primary Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive speech and language assessments to identify student needs
- Develop and implement IEPs tailored to individualized student goals
- Deliver direct and consultative speech-language therapy services both one-on-one and in group settings
- Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and support staff to create accessible learning environments
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation, progress reports, and compliance with state and federal regulations
- Foster a supportive atmosphere that encourages student participation and progress
Position Details:
- Contract position beginning as soon as possible and extending through May 29, 2026
- Typical workday is 7.5 hours, from 7:30 am to 3:15 pm, Monday through Friday
