Pediatric Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) - Vista, CA

Preferred Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Disorders
- Current state licensure and ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) or Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) eligibility
- Experience in school-based or pediatric settings is highly valued
- Familiarity with conducting comprehensive speech and language assessments
- Background in developing and implementing IEPs
- Strong communication, organizational, and collaboration skills
Position Highlights:
- Provide onsite services directly to students in grades 6-12
- Manage a caseload of approximately 50 students
- Conduct evaluations, assessments, and therapy sessions
- Participate in IEP meetings and help develop individualized plans
- Collaborate with teachers, support staff, and families to promote student progress
- Maintain thorough and timely documentation in compliance with district and state policies
