Desired Qualifications:
- Valid Speech-Language Pathology license (CFY or CCC)
- Previous experience in a school-based setting or with pediatric populations
- Expertise in assessments, IEP development, and delivery of specialized services
- Strong collaboration and communication skills with students, teachers, and families
- Organized, self-motivated, and adaptable to dynamic school environments
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide dedicated SLP services onsite to middle and high school students
- Conduct thorough speech, language, and communication assessments
- Develop, implement, and monitor individualized education plans (IEPs)
- Deliver targeted therapy and interventions, both individually and in groups
- Track student progress, maintain accurate documentation, and participate in IEP meetings
- Collaborate with faculty, parents, and related service providers to support student outcomes
