Key Qualifications:
- Current CCC-SLP certification (required)
- Experience working in school-based or pediatric SLP settings
- Skills in ASL and experience with deaf/hard of hearing students (highly preferred)
- Eligible for California licensure as required
- Ability to thrive in a collaborative, student-centered environment
Primary Responsibilities:
- Deliver evidence-based speech and language therapy to students during school hours (33.75 hrs/week)
- Collaborate closely with educators, interpreters, and families to support Individualized Education Plans (IEPs)
- Foster inclusive communication strategies for students with diverse needs
- Maintain comprehensive documentation and progress tracking
- Contribute to a positive, supportive school culture
