Speech Language Pathologist - Santa Rosa, CA

Position Type: Full-Time | School Year Position
Hours: Monday–Friday, FT (37.5 hours/week)
Start Date: Immediate

About the Role

We are seeking a compassionate, collaborative, and student-focused Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to join our educational team in Santa Rosa. The ideal candidate is passionate about helping students develop communication skills that support academic success, social development, and independence.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct speech, language, voice, and fluency evaluations for students
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans and IEP goals
  • Provide direct and indirect speech-language therapy services
  • Collaborate with teachers, special education staff, families, and administrators
  • Maintain accurate documentation, progress notes, and compliance records
  • Participate in IEP meetings and multidisciplinary team discussions
  • Support AAC implementation and other communication strategies when appropriate
  • Monitor student progress and adjust therapy plans as needed

Qualifications

  • Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
  • Valid CA State SLP license and ESA certification (or ability to obtain)
  • ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred
  • School-based experience preferred but not required
  • Strong communication, organization, and collaboration skills
