Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited institution
- Current SLP license in California (or willingness to obtain)
- Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP)
- School-based experience preferred, but strong clinical SLP skills will be considered
- Passion for working with diverse student populations and collaborating with school staff
Responsibilities:
- Conduct assessments and develop individualized treatment plans for students with speech, language, or communication disorders
- Deliver direct and consultative therapy in group and individual settings
- Collaborate with teachers, families, and multidisciplinary teams to support student progress
- Track, document, and report student outcomes in compliance with school and state guidelines
- Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to the creation of educational plans
