  • Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
  • Active Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP)
  • Current state licensure (or eligibility for licensure) in California
  • Experience working in school-based settings preferred
  • Strong knowledge of evidence-based assessment and therapy techniques
  • Effective communication, collaboration, and organizational skills
  • Compassion, patience, and adaptability when working with diverse student populations

What You’ll Do:

  • Conduct comprehensive speech, language, and communication assessments
  • Develop individualized education plans (IEPs) and provide direct therapy services
  • Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and families to support student success
  • Maintain up-to-date documentation aligned with district and state requirements
  • Facilitate group and individual sessions targeting speech, language, and social communication needs
  • Participate in IEP meetings and contribute expertise to the special education team
  • Provide resources, strategies, and support to educational staff and parents
