Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) - Salinas, CA

Qualifications & Preferred Experience:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
- Active SLP-CCC certification
- Previous school-based SLP experience highly desired
- Strong understanding of IEP processes and compliance
- Proficiency in evaluating, diagnosing, and treating speech and language disorders
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills with students, families, and multidisciplinary teams
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide direct speech-language therapy services to a diverse student caseload
- Conduct screenings, comprehensive assessments, and evaluations
- Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs)
- Monitor student progress and maintain thorough documentation
- Collaborate with teachers, special education staff, and families to support student goals
- Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to a positive, inclusive learning environment
