Speech Language Pathologist in Santa Rosa, CA

Qualifications:
- Valid California licensure as either an SLP with CCCs or as an SLPA
- Previous experience working with school-aged children is highly preferred
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to assess, plan, and deliver individualized therapy in collaboration with educators and family members
- Flexibility to adapt to varying case needs and school schedules
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide direct speech-language therapy to students in kindergarten through 8th grade, focusing on elementary caseloads
- Conduct assessments and evaluations to develop individualized education plans (IEPs)
- Collaborate with general and special education teams to deliver targeted interventions
- Maintain documentation and progress reports according to school and legal requirements
- Offer support to classroom teachers and caregivers to reinforce carryover strategies
