Pediatric School-Based Speech Language Pathologist - El Cajon, California

In this role, you'll provide vital speech and language services to a diverse student population, working closely with fellow educators and families to foster a supportive, inclusive learning atmosphere. Experience or proficiency in American Sign Language (ASL) and a background in working with students who are deaf or hard of hearing are highly preferred, as your skills will help bridge communication gaps and empower every learner.
You will work approximately 33.75 hours per week, with a consistent weekday schedule that promotes both professional growth and work-life balance.
Qualifications and Desired Experience:
- Active Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (SLP-CCC) required
- Previous experience in pediatric or school-based settings strongly preferred
- Skilled in evaluations, therapy planning, and progress monitoring for students with speech and language needs
- Highly preferred: knowledge or fluency in ASL and/or experience supporting students who are deaf or hard of hearing
- Strong communication, collaboration, and organizational skills
- Committed to fostering a positive, inclusive educational environment
Responsibilities:

- Deliver direct and consultative therapy services to students
