Pediatric Speech Language Pathologist in El Cajon, CA

Required Qualifications:
- Current Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP)
- California licensure (or eligibility) to practice as a Speech-Language Pathologist
- Experience working in school-based or pediatric settings
- Familiarity with individualized education programs (IEPs) and special education processes
- Strong communication skills and collaborative approach
Preferred Experience:
- Proficiency in American Sign Language (ASL) is highly desirable
- Prior experience supporting students who are deaf or hard of hearing
- Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) SLPs with relevant experience will be considered
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide direct speech and language therapy services to students in alignment with IEP goals
- Conduct assessments and develop intervention plans tailored to the needs of each student
- Collaborate with teachers, families, and multidisciplinary teams to foster an inclusive learning environment
- Document student progress and maintain accurate records in compliance with school and regulatory standards
- Offer guidance and resources to educators and families to support generalization of skills
