Pediatric School-Based Speech Language Pathologist - Spring Valley, California

Desired Qualifications:
- Current Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) required
- Experience in pediatric and school settings
- Familiarity with the educational needs of students who are deaf or hard of hearing highly preferred
- Proficiency in American Sign Language (ASL) strongly valued
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide assessment, diagnosis, and individual or group therapy to students with communication disorders
- Collaborate with teachers, occupational therapists, and other school staff to develop and implement IEP goals
- Adapt communication modalities to best support students who are deaf or hard of hearing
- Maintain timely documentation and contribute to IEP meetings
- Support families and educators through consultation and training as needed
