Qualifications and Experience:
- Active Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) required
- Experience working in schools or with pediatric populations
- Comfortable delivering services in a day school setting
- Highly preferred: Proficiency in American Sign Language (ASL) or substantial experience serving students who are deaf/hard of hearing
- Knowledgeable in IEP writing, progress tracking, and collaborating with special education teams
- CFY candidates with relevant experience in school or pediatric settings will also be considered
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide direct speech and language intervention to students according to IEP goals
- Assess, diagnose, and develop treatment plans tailored to individual student needs
- Collaborate with teachers, support staff, and families to foster student progress
- Maintain clear documentation and progress reports in line with school guidelines
- Attend multidisciplinary meetings and participate in IEP team discussions
