Pediatric Speech Language Pathologist in San Marcos, CA

Key Qualifications:
- Current Speech-Language Pathology licensure
- Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) or Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) welcome
- Experience with pediatric, healthcare, and/or school-based SLP services
- Knowledge of assessment tools and IEP processes
- Ability to work effectively with students in grades 6-12
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Primary Responsibilities:
- Deliver onsite speech and language therapy to a diverse caseload of approximately 50 students
- Conduct thorough assessments and participate in IEP meetings to develop targeted intervention plans
- Collaborate closely with educational staff and families to support student progress
- Maintain accurate records and documentation in compliance with school and legal requirements
- Foster an encouraging, student-centered learning environment
