School Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) | Shakopee, Minnesota

Qualifications & Desired Experience:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
- Active state licensure as an SLP and certification to practice in school settings
- Familiarity with IEP development, documentation, and progress monitoring
- Prior experience working with school-aged children preferred
- Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to collaborate with teachers, families, and multi-disciplinary teams
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct speech, language, and communication assessments
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans in accordance with student IEPs
- Provide direct therapy to students in one-on-one and small group settings
- Maintain accurate and timely records of therapeutic interventions and student progress
- Participate in IEP meetings and collaborate with educational staff to support student goals
- Offer guidance and resources to families and staff regarding students’ communication needs
