Speech Language Pathologist in Aurora, CO

Desired Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
- Valid state SLP licensure (or eligibility to obtain before start)
- Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred; strong Clinical Fellows are welcome to apply
- Previous experience in school-based settings is beneficial, though not required
- Strong communication, organizational, and collaboration abilities

Key Responsibilities:
- Administer screenings and comprehensive speech and language evaluations for students
- Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) in accordance with state guidelines
- Deliver direct therapy services to students with articulation, language, fluency, and voice disorders
- Consult regularly with classroom teachers, support staff, and families to best address students’ needs
- Maintain thorough records of assessments, progress, and communications in a timely manner
- Participate in IEP meetings, multidisciplinary team discussions, and ongoing professional development
- Adapt interventions to support students’ unique learning styles and needs
