  • Prior experience in school settings preferred
  • Exceptional communication, organizational, and interpersonal abilities
  • Proficient in assessment, development, and implementation of individualized treatment plans
  • Knowledge of IEP processes and documentation
  • Genuine passion for helping children overcome communication challenges

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Conduct assessments to identify speech, language, voice, and fluency disorders in students
  • Develop and implement therapy programs tailored to student needs
  • Deliver direct intervention services in individual and group settings
  • Participate in IEP meetings and collaborate with educators, parents, and other specialists
  • Maintain comprehensive and compliant documentation of progress and services provided
  • Offer guidance and in-service training to school staff as needed
  • Foster an inclusive, positive learning atmosphere
