Qualifications and Desired Experience:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
- Valid state licensure or eligibility to obtain licensure as a Speech Language Pathologist
- Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred; CFYs with strong clinical backgrounds welcome
- Previous experience working in a school environment is highly valued
- Exceptional communication, collaboration, and organizational skills
- Strong commitment to fostering all students’ academic and social success
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct assessments and evaluations to identify speech, language, and communication needs among students
- Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) in collaboration with educators and families
- Deliver therapy sessions individually or in groups targeting speech, language, voice, and fluency disorders
- Document progress, update records, and provide timely reports in accordance with district and federal guidelines
- Offer consultation and support to teachers, staff, and parents regarding student needs and intervention strategies
- Participate in IEP meetings, professional development, and multidisciplinary teams as required
