Qualifications and Skills:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
- Valid SLP license for Minnesota (or eligibility to obtain)
- Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) or CFY considered
- Previous experience in a school setting strongly preferred
- Strong organizational, communication, and collaboration skills
- Ability to develop and implement individualized treatment plans
Key Responsibilities:
- Evaluate, diagnose, and treat speech, language, and communication disorders for students in a school-based setting
- Develop and monitor Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) in collaboration with the school team
- Maintain thorough and timely documentation
- Communicate progress and strategies with families and educators
- Attend meetings or consultations as required by the school team
- Operate within a two half-day weekly schedule, focusing on direct interventions and support
