School-Based Speech Language Pathologist | Eden Prairie, Minnesota

Your expertise will support students' progress, help remove barriers to learning, and foster improved communication skills.
Key Qualifications:
- Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
- Current state licensure and ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP)
- Prior experience in a school or pediatric setting preferred
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to assess, develop, and implement individualized treatment plans
- Collaborative spirit and willingness to work closely with teachers, families, and other school staff
Primary Responsibilities:
- Deliver speech and language therapy services in accordance with students’ IEPs
- Conduct evaluations and communicate findings and progress to families and educational teams
- Maintain accurate documentation and case files in compliance with school and state requirements
- Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to the development of goals
- Provide consultation and support to classroom staff regarding speech strategies
- Adapt therapy methods to meet diverse student needs in a school environment
