School Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) | Visalia, California

What we're looking for:
- Valid California SLP licensure (or eligibility to obtain)
- Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
- ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) strongly preferred
- Clinical experience in school settings supporting K-12 populations
- Strong collaboration skills and a passion for fostering student progress
- Excellent communication and organizational abilities
Primary responsibilities:
- Evaluate students’ speech and language needs using appropriate assessment tools
- Develop and implement individualized education programs (IEPs) in collaboration with interdisciplinary teams
- Deliver direct therapy services in individual and group settings
- Maintain thorough documentation and progress records
- Consult regularly with educators and families to monitor progress and provide strategies for continued development
