Qualifications & Desired Experience
- Valid California Speech-Language Pathologist license or eligibility to obtain
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Disorders
- Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) or eligibility preferred
- Experience working with pediatric or school-based populations
- Strong communication, organization, and collaboration skills
- Familiarity with IEP processes, case management, and data-driven therapy planning
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive speech, language, and communication assessments
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans and goals
- Provide direct therapy services one-on-one or in small group settings
- Participate actively in IEP meetings, contributing insights for student planning
- Maintain accurate case documentation and progress notes
- Consult with teachers, staff, and family members to enhance student support
