Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) - Fremont, CA

Qualifications and Experience:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
- Valid state licensure (or eligibility) as a Speech-Language Pathologist
- ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred; strong CFY candidates encouraged to apply
- Experience working with school-aged children, including assessment and therapy
- Strong organizational, collaboration, and communication skills
- Ability to adapt to diverse learning environments and work effectively on a multidisciplinary team
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive speech, language, and communication evaluations
- Develop individualized treatment plans tailored to students’ needs
- Deliver direct and indirect therapy services as part of students’ IEPs
- Collaborate with teachers, families, and other specialists to promote student success
- Maintain accurate documentation in accordance with school and state guidelines
- Participate in team meetings and contribute to student support planning
- Provide consultative support and professional insight to school staff
