School-Based Speech Language Pathologist - San Francisco, California

Key Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
- Current California SLP licensure (or eligibility to obtain)
- Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred; strong CFs considered
- Previous experience working with school-aged children or within educational settings is a plus
- Excellent interpersonal, collaboration, and organizational skills
- Ability to develop and implement individualized treatment plans and goals
- Familiarity with IEP processes and documentation requirements
Key Responsibilities:
- Evaluate, diagnose, and provide therapy for students with speech, language, voice, or fluency disorders
- Develop Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) and participate in IEP meetings
- Collaborate effectively with teachers, parents, and school teams to support student progress
- Maintain accurate, timely records in compliance with state and district standards
- Facilitate both individual and group sessions, adapting strategies to meet diverse student needs
- Provide consultation and resources to staff and families, promoting carryover of skills and successful transitions
